You won’t believe how good they taste!
This is a quick and delicious treat you can whip up with just a few ingredients. I bet that if you look in your pantry, you probably already have what you need.
Though the ingredients are surprisingly healthy-ish and it’s made without flour, these will satisfy the most demanding sweet-tooth out there! They come out so gooey and moist, you’ll find it hard to stop eating them.
Consider that a fair warning!
VEGAN GOOEY CHOCOLATE CHIP BLONDIES
WHAT YOU'LL NEED:
1 can (13 .5oz) chickpeas, drained and rinsed
1/2 cup oats
1/8 cup unsweetened applesauce
1/8 cup smooth peanut butter
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/4 tsp baking soda
1 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp salt
1/2 cup coconut sugar
1/4 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup dairy-free chocolate chips
HOW TO MAKE IT:
Place all ingredients, except chocolate chips, into a food processor.
Process until well combined.
Mix in chips, and pour into a greased pan. (I used a loaf pan. You can double the recipe for a larger pan.)
Bake at 350ºF for 35 minutes.
Let stand at least 10 minutes before cutting and removing from pan.
