RAW VEGAN BROWNIE BARS WITH CHOCOLATE GANACHE

Face it. Sometimes you need a brownie. Or two. Life just works that way! With these RAW VEGAN BROWNIE BARS WITH CHOCOLATE GANACHE you can take care of those needs in a jiffy! Plus, they're made with a few, unprocessed ingredients, so you can hang that guilt at the door and help yourself to more than one!



Cashews, dates and cacao powder come together to make this rich and chocolate-y treat!




RAW VEGAN BROWNIE BARS WITH

CHOCOLATE GANACHE


WHAT YOU'LL NEED:


For the brownie:

  • 1 Cup cashews

  • 1 Cup dates (soaked in warm water for 10 minutes)

  • 1/4 Cup cacao powder

  • Splash vanilla extract

  • Dash salt

For the chocolate ganache:

  • 1 Tbsp coconut oil

  • 1 Tbsp maple syrup

  • 2 Tbsp cacao powder

Toppings:

  • 1 Tbsp dairy-free chocolate chips

  • 1 Tbsp vegan sprinkles


HOW TO MAKE IT:

  1. Puree all brownie ingredients in a food processor

  2. Press processed brownie mix into a loaf pan lined with parchment paper

  3. In a small bowl, mix all ingredients for the ganache and pour on top of the brownie

  4. Sprinkle desired toppings over the ganache

  5. Chill, slice and serve.
